1. The service

YallaGo - يلا نخرج helps people discover activities, plan trips, connect with others, and, where enabled, interact with independent activity partners. Features, markets, eligibility, and availability may change.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be at least 18. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not create accounts for others, impersonate people, evade enforcement, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

3. User content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us the limited, worldwide licence needed to host, display, moderate, format, and distribute it within the service. You must have rights to your content. Do not post illegal, threatening, exploitative, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, or unsafe content; do not harass users or arrange dangerous conduct.

4. Activities and partners

Activity hosts and partners are responsible for the experiences they offer, including required permits, safety measures, insurance, and accurate listings. You must follow host instructions, venue rules, local law, and safety guidance. Do not participate if you are not fit to do so or if conditions are unsafe. Emergency services—not YallaGo - يلا نخرج—should be contacted for emergencies.

5. Bookings, prices, cashback, and payments

Where commerce is enabled, displayed availability and prices are subject to confirmation, applicable taxes, partner rules, and the terms shown at checkout. Cashback, promotions, credits, withdrawals, refunds, and cancellations are governed by the specific offer and applicable law. Payment features may be unavailable in some markets and are currently not available unless the app expressly states otherwise.

6. Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, investigate abuse, or comply with law. You may contact us to appeal an enforcement decision.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are subject to the mandatory consumer, privacy, and other laws that apply to you. To the extent permitted by those laws, they are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
