Delete your Yalla account

In the app: Go to You → Settings → Delete account. You will be asked to confirm the request from your signed-in account.

What deletion does

After we verify the request, we delete the account and associated profile, social content, messages, reviews, trips, and other personal data that we are not legally required to retain. We aim to complete requests within 30 days and confirm completion through the contact channel associated with the account.

Data we may retain

Payments, cashback, and payouts are not enabled in the current release. If these services are later enabled, we may retain the minimum payment, tax, fraud-prevention, and safety records required by applicable law and will update this policy before activation. We may also retain limited records necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigations, legal claims, or compliance, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Web request pathway

The authenticated in-app path is the fastest and safest way to submit a request. If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with the account to ttt2mmm@gmail.com. Include the account email and do not include passwords or payment details. We will verify ownership before deletion.
